TORONTO MARLIES ASSIGN RYAN CHYZOWSKI TO NEWFOUNDLAND

CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH, NL – The Newfoundland Growlers, ECHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced today that forward Ryan Chyzowski has been reassigned to the Growlers from the AHL’s Toronto Marlies.

Chyzowski, 21, has appeared in three contests as a Growler in the 2021-22 season, recording one goal and two assists for three points to go along with his five penalty minutes. The rookie from Kamloops, British Columbia recorded his first professional goal on opening night against the Trois-Rivières Lions on October 23.

The Growlers return to action on Friday, November 5 as they host the ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, the Adirondack Thunder, at C.B.S. Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
